Sustainability company outing is a company outing activity designed with sustainability principles (sustainability). The aim is to provide an experience for employees that not only strengthens teamwork but also contributes to the environment and society. This activity also aims to promote a company culture that cares about sustainability, has a positive impact on the environment, and creates meaningful experiences for employees.
Kertabumi Recycling Center itself is a social organization that acts as a learning center for innovative solutions and actions that contribute to sustainable development throughout the archipelago. The aim is to encourage the acceleration of an inclusive, just and sustainable energy transition which also influences changes in other strategic sectors of sustainable development, such as transportation, industry, forestry and land, and waste. In this activity, Kertabumi was the organizer of the entire series of events held by Fundation Repsol, namely conducting webinars, tree planting, workshops and social service in several orphanages by applying sustainability principles.

Meanwhile, the Repsol Foundation is an institution that works to create a more sustainable future by developing projects that focus on energy and society. The Repsol Foundation has four strategic lines of action, namely: Green and social economy, Entrepreneurs Fund, Knowledge and education, Social and volunteering.
This series of activities was held over several days starting on 14 October 2024, namely an online webinar with the theme Energy Savings at Home & Office via online Zoom, then continued with planting hardwood trees with the theme Tree Planting and Wildlife Observation on 16 October 2024 in the Gunung Pancar, Sentul Bogor, West Java. Then on October 19 2024, it continued with a workshop held in Kertabumi with the theme Changing Plastic Waste: Practical Recycling for a More Environmentally Friendly Future and the final event was held at 2 Panti Asuhan, in the South Jakarta area with the theme Energy Saving Education for Children at the Panti Asuhan which will be held on October 26 2024.
